The Confederation of African Football has released the full Round of 16 fixtures for the Africa
Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 following the conclusion of the group stage.
The knockout phase begins on Saturday, January 3, with former champions Senegal facing
Sudan, before Mali clash with Tunisia later the same day.
Hosts Morocco headline Sunday’s schedule with a last-16 meeting against Tanzania in Rabat,
while South Africa take on Cameroon in another standout tie.
Monday’s action sees record winners Egypt face Benin as they continue their search for a first
title since 2010, before Nigeria meet Mozambique in Fès after an impressive group-stage run.
The round concludes on Tuesday with Algeria battling DR Congo in Rabat and defending
champions Côte d’Ivoire facing Burkina Faso in Marrakech.
CAF confirmed that the quarter-finals will be played on January 9 and 10, with the final set for
January 18 at the Stade Prince Moulay Abdellah in Rabat.
