Super Eagles defender Ola Aina is back in training at Nottingham Forest after recovering from the hamstring injury he suffered on international duty in September.
The 29-year-old was forced off early in Nigeria’s 1–1 draw with South Africa and later underwent surgery. He is now expected to return to competitive action for Forest next month.
His comeback offers a welcome lift for head coach Sean Dyche as Forest look to climb out of the relegation zone.
Aina is also aiming to regain full fitness ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which begins on 21 December in Morocco.
