Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has confirmed he is willing to reintegrate Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Antony, and Tyrell Malacia into his squad if the club fails to secure suitable transfer fees for the quartet.
The players, who have been training separately and were left out of the club’s pre-season tour of the United States, are all seeking exits from Old Trafford.
However, Amorim made it clear that should no deals materialise at the club’s valuation, he will welcome them back.“They are our players,” Amorim said ahead of Saturday’s friendly against West Ham in Chicago. “If they have to join the team, they will.
I’m ready to receive the players.”United’s summer business has seen Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo arrive, while Marcus Rashford has joined Barcelona on loan.
But with financial constraints limiting further moves, selling players remains a priority for chief executive Omar Berrada and director of football Jason Wilcox.
“If the offers don’t match the value, they stay. No doubt,” Amorim added. “Some clubs are waiting for the last minute. But they can be surprised.”
