Billionaire OnlyFans Owner Leonid Radvinsky Dies at 43 After Cancer Battle
Leonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian-born tech entrepreneur behind the global adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer.
According to Forbes, a spokesperson for the company confirmed that Radvinsky passed away peacefully on Monday after years of illness.
Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 and played a pivotal role in transforming it into one of the most lucrative digital platforms in the world. Under his leadership, the company experienced explosive growth, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, when demand for online content surged.
By 2024, OnlyFans had generated an estimated $1.4 billion in revenue, with users spending a record $7.2 billion on the platform. The rapid expansion propelled Radvinsky into billionaire status in 2021.
At the time of his death, his net worth was estimated at $4.7 billion, ranking him among the world’s richest individuals. Reports indicate he had paid himself approximately $1.8 billion in dividends through early 2025.
Despite his immense wealth and influence, Radvinsky maintained a notably low profile, rarely granting interviews. His early career drew controversy, with reports linking him to websites that directed users to adult content, generating income through click-based traffic.
Before his death, Radvinsky was also said to be in discussions to sell OnlyFans in a deal reportedly valued at up to $8 billion.
His passing marks the end of a highly influential yet enigmatic chapter in the evolution of the creator economy.
