Breaking: Benue Assembly Suspends Four Lawmakers Over Alleged Speaker Impeachment Attempt

The Benue State House of Assembly has handed a six-month suspension to four of its members over allegations of plotting to remove the Speaker, Aondona Dajoh.

Those affected are Alfred Berger (Makurdi North), Terna Shimawua (Kian), Cyril Ekong (Obi), and James Umoru (Apa).

The disciplinary action came after an alleged move to impeach Speaker Dajoh on Thursday night.
