Chelsea striker Liam Delap and Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly have been named among six contenders for the PFA Young Player of the Year award.
The shortlist also includes Bournemouth full-back Milos Kerkez, former Cherries defender, Dean Huijsen, Arsenal winger Ethan Nwaneri, and Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers.
Delap earned a £30m move to Chelsea after scoring 12 goals last season with Ipswich, while Lewis-Skelly impressed in a breakthrough campaign for Arsenal and marked his England debut with a goal against Albania.
Seventeen-year-old Nwaneri notched nine goals in 37 games for the Gunners, Huijsen secured a switch to Real Madrid following standout displays for Bournemouth, and Kerkez has drawn interest from Liverpool.
Rogers registered 14 goals and 15 assists as Villa narrowly missed out on a top-four finish. The winner will be announced on 19 August in Manchester.
