Spain manager Luis de la Fuente has named his squad for next month’s UEFA Nations League semi-final against France, with notable recalls for midfielders Gavi and Isco.

Gavi, 20, returns after recovering from a long-term knee injury that kept him out since November 2023.

The Barcelona star, already capped 27 times, enjoyed a trophy-laden season, lifting LaLiga, the Copa del Rey, and the Supercup.

Isco, 33, is back in the national setup for the first time in six years following a standout campaign with Real Betis.

He contributed 12 goals and 10 assists in 32 matches and will feature in the Conference League final this week.
