On December 14, 2024, the Itele High School old students Association, held a memorable end-of-year gathering, bringing together alumni from the 1990 set. The event was a heartwarming celebration of friendship, shared memories, and the journey each member has taken since graduating. Itele High School is located in Ijebu East Local Government area of Ogun State.

The gathering commenced with a moment of appreciation to God for His unwavering protection and guidance over the years. Many attendees shared personal testimonies, expressing gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped their lives. This collective reflection fostered a sense of unity and reinforced the bonds formed during their high school years.

As the evening progressed, discussions turned towards the future, with a strong emphasis on supporting the alma mater. The class of 1990 is committed to giving back to Itele High School in 2025. The alumni expressed enthusiasm for collaborating with the school administration to ensure that future generations have access to the same opportunities they enjoyed.

The event concluded with laughter, dancing, and a renewed commitment to staying connected. The Class of 1990 looks forward to making a meaningful impact on their alma mater and continuing to support each other in the years to come.

In his address, Mr. Seyi Sennuga provided a comprehensive update on the group’s financial status and urged all members to make sacrifices to maintain our monthly financial commitments to the association. He emphasized that the amount each individual contributes is entirely personal, stressing that no contribution is too small. Seyi noted that a solid financial foundation is essential for realizing our aspirations for our alma mater, likening it to how a single drop of water contributes to the vast ocean.
Mrs. Kemi Onamusi-Onabanjo, in her remarks, expressed gratitude to everyone for the love and support shared among members, encouraging this spirit to continue.

Members who attended include Alhja Shittu Khadijat, Are Mutiu Okeowo, Mr. Alaba Lawal, Ms Adetutu Adekunle, Mr. Seyi Sennuga, Alhaja Shadia Abdullahi, Mrs. Kemi Onamusi- Onabanjo, Mrs. Fausat Adebanjo-Balogun, Mr Tonbra Weinor a.k.a Addis Ababa and Pastor Adeoye Oluwadare. Two other members outside Nigeria sent in their messages during the event to express support.
