Barcelona look to extend their winning streak in LaLiga as they visit Sevilla at Estadio Ramon on Sunday night.

The Catalans sit third in the table, four points behind leaders Real Madrid, while Sevilla, currently 12th, are still in the hunt for European qualification.

Match Preview

Sevilla have endured another inconsistent season but remain just four points off sixth place.

They are unbeaten in their last four league matches, including a 2-1 win over Girona, and have been strong at home, collecting 18 points from 11 games.

Barcelona, fresh off a 5-0 Copa del Rey victory over Valencia, have won their last two league games and sit within striking distance of the top two.

With Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid facing off on Saturday, Barça have a chance to gain ground with a positive result.

Despite some struggles on the road, Barcelona have dominated Sevilla in recent years, winning their last six LaLiga meetings and remaining unbeaten in this fixture since 2015.

Team News

Sevilla will be without suspended defender Jose Angel Carmona, while Joan Jordan and Tanguy Nianzou remain sidelined. Juanlu Sanchez is expected to replace Carmona in defense.

Barcelona will miss Andreas Christensen, Marc Bernal, and goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, but Gavi is set to return.

Robert Lewandowski, Ronald Araujo, and Gavi should be back in the starting lineup after resting in midweek.

Ferran Torres, despite his hat-trick against Valencia, is likely to make way for Lamine Yamal.

Predicted Lineups:

Sevilla: Nyland; Sanchez, Bade, Gudelj, Pedrosa; Saul, Lokonga, Sow; Lukebakio, Romero, Vargas

Barcelona: Szczesny; Kounde, Araujo, Cubarsi, Balde; Casado, Pedri; Yamal, Gavi, Raphinha; Lewandowski
