Barcelona continue their La Liga title chase on Saturday evening when they welcome Osasuna to Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys.
The Blaugrana are in red-hot form, winning six consecutive league matches and topping the table with 57 points. Meanwhile, Osasuna sit 11th, having struggled to find a victory since early February.
Unbeaten since December 21 across all competitions, Barcelona remain contenders for multiple trophies, leading La Liga by one point over Atletico Madrid and three over defending champions Real Madrid.
Their defensive solidity has been impressive, conceding only three goals in the league since the turn of the year.
Fresh from a crucial 1-0 win against Benfica in the Champions League last-16 first leg, Hansi Flick’s side also have an intense Copa del Rey semi-final ahead, where they are tied 4-4 with Atletico Madrid before the return leg in April.
With 71 league goals this season, Barcelona boast the most potent attack in La Liga, spearheaded by Robert Lewandowski, who leads the scoring charts with 21 goals.
Osasuna’s own star striker, Ante Budimir, has been equally vital, netting 14 league goals—only Lewandowski and Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe (17) have more.
However, Osasuna’s recent form has seen them go five matches without a win, drawing three and losing two, including a dramatic 3-3 draw against Valencia last time out.
Despite their mid-table position, Osasuna remain within reach of a European qualification spot, trailing sixth-placed Real Betis by just five points.
They will also look to repeat their impressive 4-2 victory over Barcelona from the reverse fixture earlier this season.
Team News
Barcelona hope to have Gavi available after illness kept him out of their last two games. Andreas Christensen has recovered from a muscle issue, though his involvement is uncertain.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Marc Bernal remain long-term absentees. Despite seeing red against Benfica, Pau Cubarsi is eligible to play, while Ronald Araujo and Marc Casado are expected to return to the starting XI. Dani Olmo may retain his spot in midfield, given Gavi’s recent layoff.
For Osasuna, Aimar Oroz is doubtful after sustaining a muscular issue against Valencia, with Kike Barja on standby to replace him. Juan Cruz could also come in at left-back for Abel Bretones. Budimir is set to lead the attack once again, supported by Ruben Garcia and Bryan Zaragoza.

Osasuna: Herrera; Areso, Boyomo, Catena, Cruz; Moncayola, Torro; Ruben Garcia, Barja, Zaragoza; Budimir
