LEEDS SET UP CHELSEA CLASH AS FA CUP SEMI-FINALS TAKE SHAPE.
Leeds United will face Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-finals after surviving a dramatic
quarter-final scare against West Ham.
Leeds looked comfortable at 2-0 before conceding twice in stoppage time, but held on
their nerve to win on penalties and seal a Wembley showdown with their Premier
League rivals.
Southampton, meanwhile, was rewarded for its shock win over Arsenal with a
semi-final tie against Manchester City, who cruised past Liverpool.
Reacting to the draw, Dominic Calvert-Lewin admitted the challenge ahead, but
welcomed the occasion, saying it would be “a difficult match” but adding, “it’s the FA
Cup, we’re going to Wembley… excited.”
The semi-finals are set to be played at Wembley on April 25 and 26.
