Galatasaray have completed the signing of Mario Lemina from Wolves in a €2.5 million deal, marking the midfielder’s return to the Turkish giants.
The 31-year-old has signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with an option for an additional season.
Lemina, who last played for Wolves on January 6, was frozen out after a reported fallout with manager Vitor Pereira and was stripped of the captaincy in December following a clash with West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen.
Galatasaray confirmed that Lemina will earn €1.3 million for the remainder of the season and €2.5 million per season after that.
The Gabon international previously played for Galatasaray on loan in 2019-20 and now returns after making 77 appearances and scoring six goals for Wolves.
