Napoli are eyeing Ademola Lookman as a potential replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who joined Paris Saint-Germain in January, and are reportedly preparing a €50 million offer for the Atalanta star.
Antonio Conte’s side have already made waves in the transfer market with the arrival of Kevin De Bruyne and young midfielder Luca Marianucci, and are keen to further strengthen their attack ahead of the new season.
Atalanta are holding out for €60 million, but Lookman’s future remains uncertain. While his relationship with former manager Gian Piero Gasperini was strained, new boss Ivan Juric has publicly declared his intention to keep the Nigerian forward, describing him as a key part of his plans.
Lookman, 27, has attracted interest from several top European clubs, including sides in the Premier League and Barcelona.
The Nigerian international has scored 52 goals and registered 25 assists in 108 appearances for Atalanta, including a memorable hat-trick in the 2024 Europa League final against Bayer Leverkusen.
