Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen scored twice as Galatasaray secured a dominant 5-1 victory over Kayserispor in their Turkish Super Lig clash on Sunday.
The Nigerian striker put Okan Buruk’s side ahead early, converting a penalty in the 4th minute. Osimhen completed his brace 19 minutes from time, adding his team’s fourth goal of the match.
In addition to Osimhen’s contributions, Baris Yilmaz netted a brace, while Yunus Akgun also got on the scoresheet for the reigning champions.
With 12 goals and 5 assists across all competitions this season, Osimhen continues to shine for Galatasaray, who remain at the top of the Super Lig standings with 44 points from 16 games.
