Crystal Palace carried their FA Cup celebrations into the Premier League with a 4-2 victory over Wolves, just days after their historic Wembley triumph over Manchester City.

The atmosphere at Selhurst Park was festive from the start, even after Emmanuel Agbadou gave the visitors an early lead with a powerful header.

Palace responded swiftly, with Eddie Nketiah scoring twice in five minutes to flip the game on its head before halftime.

The former Arsenal striker first levelled with a sharp finish from Romain Esse’s cutback, then tapped in Ismaila Sarr’s cross to put the Eagles ahead.

Ben Chilwell added a third after the break, his free-kick taking a heavy deflection off Agbadou to beat the Wolves keeper.

Jorgen Strand Larsen briefly gave the visitors hope with a header to make it 3-2, but substitute Eberechi Eze sealed the win with Palace’s fourth, continuing his rich run of form after scoring the FA Cup final winner.

The result takes Palace past the 50-point mark for the first time since the 1991-92 season while Wolves stay 14th in the table.
