Real Madrid twice came from behind to secure a 2–2 draw against Elche at the Martínez Valero, in a pulsating contest that kept Los Blancos top of La Liga.
Elche’s bold approach paid off shortly after the break when Aleix Febas finished a slick move to put the hosts ahead.
Madrid pushed back, and Jude Bellingham levelled from a corner, only for Alvaro Rodríguez to restore Elche’s lead with a superb strike from distance.
But Madrid refused to fold. Bellingham struck again late on, converting from Kylian Mbappé’s pass to rescue a point for Xabi Alonso’s side.
Elche finished with ten men after Víctor Chust’s dismissal and remain winless in six, while Madrid escape with a draw that could easily have become their second league loss of the season.
