Tottenham Hotspur have been dealt a setback ahead of Saturday’s London derby after coach Thomas Frank confirmed forward Richarlison will be sidelined for up to seven weeks with a hamstring injury.
The Brazilian has been one of Spurs’ key attackers this season, contributing seven goals and three assists in the Premier League.
Frank said the focus remains on Tottenham’s response rather than the derby occasion, as Spurs look to bounce back from their FA Cup exit to Aston Villa.
The manager confirmed captain Cristian Romero will return from suspension, while Yves Bissouma is back from AFCON and Destiny Udogie and Dominic Solanke are nearing full fitness. Spurs are 14th in the table, with West Ham currently in the relegation zone.
