Pedri opened the scoring inside six minutes before Mikel Merino struck twice, either side of a Nico Williams injury scare. Ferran Torres added a fourth after the restart on his 50th cap, and Merino completed his hat-trick with a stunning long-range effort.
Pedri then made it six with his second of the night.La Roja, who have now kept 11 clean sheets in their last 15 away qualifiers, extended their unbeaten run in regulation time to over two years.
The victory moved them three points clear at the top of the group, while Turkey suffered their first competitive defeat in four matches.
