Christian Pulisic came off the bench to score twice as AC Milan overturned a 2-0 deficit to beat Torino 3-2, a result that sent the Rossoneri back to the top of Serie A and extended their unbeaten league run to 13 matches.
Manager Massimiliano Allegri was forced to watch from the stands due to a touchline ban, and he saw his side collapse early.
Fikayo Tomori handled the ball in the box while challenging Ché Adams, allowing Nikola Vlašić to tuck away a 10th-minute penalty despite Mike Maignan getting a hand to it.
Torino struck again seven minutes later when Vlašić found Duván Zapata, whose powerful strike slipped through Maignan for his eighth career goal against Milan.
Milan needed a spark, and Adrien Rabiot delivered it in style. With little danger apparent, he unleashed a swerving shot into the top corner to pull a goal back before half time.
The visitors began the second half brighter and forced a superb double save from Franco Israel, who denied Davide Bartesaghi and then Samuele Ricci in quick succession.
The pressure eventually paid off. Moments after coming on, Pulisic reacted sharply to a loose ball in the 67th minute, steering in the equaliser for his sixth league goal of the campaign.
Ten minutes later, Ricci burst down the right and whipped in a perfect cross for Pulisic to fire home again, completing the turnaround and moving him joint-top in the Serie A scoring charts.
The victory lifts Milan back above Napoli on goal difference, while Torino remain 16th and winless in six league matches.
