Gospel singer Moses Bliss has shared an emotional moment with fans after organizing a birthday celebration for his mother — the first she has ever had in her lifetime.
In a heartfelt post on social media, the Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus crooner revealed that his mother’s exact birth date had never been known, prompting him to choose a special day to honor her.
“Today, I cried. For the first time in my mother’s entire life, we celebrated her birthday. All these years, we never knew the exact day she was born, so I decided to fix a day just to honour her. And it meant the world to me,” Bliss wrote.
The singer described his mother as a woman of deep selflessness who had spent her life caring for others, often neglecting herself in the process. He recalled being moved to tears when she admitted she had never thought about birthdays or considered celebrating one.
“Hearing that broke me,” he shared. “This woman has spent her whole life pouring into others, never once pausing to be celebrated herself. Seeing her smile and receive love was one of the most emotional moments of my life. I cried because she deserves the world.”
Bliss expressed heartfelt gratitude for his mother’s sacrifices and faith, calling her a divine gift. “Happy birthday, Mummy. Thank you for your sacrifices, your faith, and your love that never fades. You are my gift from God, and today we made history together,” he added.
