BREAKING: Pastor Ibiyomie Declares End of Political Turmoil for Governor Fubara
Pastor David Ibiyomie, the Senior Pastor of Salvation Ministries, has assured Governor Siminalayi Fubara that the political crisis in Rivers State has concluded.
This announcement came during the fourth day of the church’s annual event, Glory Reign, held at the Salvation Ministries Global Headquarters.
Pastor Ibiyomie emphasized that the ongoing challenges facing the state surpass human resolution and have instead been addressed through divine intervention. He affirmed that God has dismantled the chain of events causing political unrest and has restored peace.
The pastor also proclaimed that the so-called “curse of succession conflict” between past and present leaders has been lifted. He referenced the Ijaw nation’s historical pattern of one-term governorships, which he claimed was changed through prayer during the tenure of former Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Seriake Dickson.
Encouraging Governor Fubara to remain resolute, Pastor Ibiyomie assured him that divine authority has prevailed over the situation, stating that no earthly power can disrupt God’s will.
“I pray that every malicious influence over Rivers State be eradicated, and I decree peace in the region. This situation is beyond human control; thus, I declare that the storm has passed,” he declared.
The prayer session was met with enthusiastic responses from the congregation, as the pastor expressed his conviction that peace and stability will soon be restored in Rivers State.
Governor Fubara, along with his Deputy and other influential political figures, was present during the prayer session.
