Bimbo Ademoye Vows to Fund IVF Procedure After ‘Broken Hallelujah’ Success

Nollywood actress and filmmaker Bimbo Ademoye has announced plans to sponsor an in vitro fertilisation (IVF) procedure for an individual, fulfilling a personal vow she made before releasing her 2025 film Broken Hallelujah.

In a video shared online, Ademoye revealed that she had promised God to make a life-changing gesture if the film achieved significant viewership. Broken Hallelujah has since garnered over 11 million views on YouTube, while another project, Where Love Lives, released in December 2025, also recorded strong performance, which she described as an answer to her prayers.

“When I was about to release Broken Hallelujah, I made a promise to God. I said if I get a certain number of views, especially like 15–20 million, I was going to do something that will touch one person’s life. I want to pay for someone’s IVF procedure,”

she said, adding that the impact of her films and the messages she received from viewers confirmed her decision to honour the vow.

Ademoye said she intends to keep details of the beneficiary private for now but emphasised that the gesture is aimed at transforming someone’s life in a meaningful way.
