Popular Nigerian broadcaster Frank Edoho has revealed that he does not want any woman to be linked to the cause of his death, regardless of the relationship involved.

Edoho made the statement during an interview on the Outside The Box podcast, later re-uploaded on YouTube, where he reflected on life, emotional struggles, and how he hopes to be remembered.

Speaking candidly about male vulnerability and silent suffering, the veteran television host said he desired to leave the world peacefully, without regrets tied to emotional pain or unresolved personal issues.

“I don’t want to go to the gates of heaven and they ask me what killed me and they say it’s a woman. Whether that woman be my daughter, my wife, my mother, I don’t want that. I don’t want that to be my way out of this portal,” he said.

The media personality explained that his greatest wish was to die fulfilled, knowing he had positively impacted the lives of people around him.

“I want to die with a smile on my face, saying that all the people I met, I tried to put a smile on their face, and to have the only regret that I wish I did more good. Not that I wish I had more time,” he added.

Edoho gained nationwide fame as the longtime host of the Nigerian edition of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and remains one of the country’s most recognised television personalities.
