Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim admitted fans deserve more from the team after their 1-1 draw with Arsenal on Sunday, a match that followed large-scale protests outside Old Trafford.

Thousands of supporters, dressed in black, marched against the club’s ownership, voicing frustration over poor performances, rising ticket prices, and job losses.

Banners reading “Love United, Hate Glazers” were displayed as part of the demonstration organized by fan group The 1958.

Amorim acknowledged the fans’ passion, stating, “This club will never die. You feel it in the streets.” He vowed improvement, saying, “In the future, we will not play like that.”

Despite hopes of channeling the protest’s energy, United struggled in the first half, defending deep under Arsenal’s pressure.

Amorim was critical of their approach, saying, “It’s just the low block, just giving the ball away.” However, he praised the team’s spirit and highlighted the leadership of key players.
