Chelsea climbed temporarily to second in the Premier League with a commanding 3–0 victory over struggling Wolverhampton Wanderers at Stamford Bridge — their fourth win in five league matches.

After a goalless first half, Malo Gusto broke the deadlock with his first professional goal, heading in Alejandro Garnacho’s cross.

Substitute Estevão then set up João Pedro to double the lead before Pedro Neto sealed the win against his former club.

The result moves Enzo Maresca’s side within six points of leaders Arsenal and extends their strong home record against Wolves, losing just one of their last 12 meetings at the Bridge.

Wolves, still winless this season, now face growing pressure ahead of a potential managerial change, with Rob Edwards linked to the vacant post.
