Nollywood actor Olatayo Amokade, popularly known as Ijebu, has called on Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner Imisi to put an end to the ongoing social media clash with her mother.
In a video posted to his Instagram page, the actor addressed the 23-year-old reality star directly, urging her to prioritise peace and reconciliation following the public fallout that began after her N150 million BBNaija win.
Imisi and her mother have been at odds online, with the feud escalating after Imisi shared painful childhood experiences on the show—including being raped at 12 and having an abortion at 13. Her mother later accused her of abandonment, prompting a heated exchange between the pair.
Speaking emotionally, Ijebu advised Imisi to take immediate action to mend the relationship.
“Imisi, I know you are a good girl. The Bible said we should honour our parents,” he said. “This evening or tomorrow morning, I want you to visit your mother, go on your knees, hold her legs, and tell her you are sorry.”
He described Imisi’s mother as her “mini god” and urged the reality star to seek her blessings.
“No matter what she might have done to you, she is still your mini god on earth,” he added. “After this, I don’t want to hear any dragging again online. If I hear anything again, I will be so mad at you.”
The actor’s comments have added a new wave of conversation to the already intense public debate surrounding Imisi’s family crisis.
