“Peace Restored” — Madam Saje Brokers Truce Between Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, and Iyabo Ojo

Veteran Nollywood actress Fausat Balogun, popularly known as Madam Saje, has successfully mediated peace among fellow actresses Funke Akindele, Toyin Abraham, and Iyabo Ojo following a recent public disagreement.

The controversy stemmed from an incident at a movie premiere hosted by Iyabo Ojo, where Akindele allegedly ignored Toyin Abraham’s greeting, sparking widespread speculation about a possible rift among the trio.

Addressing the situation earlier, Iyabo Ojo linked the tension to Abraham’s prior public comments about feeling sidelined—remarks said to have gone against an existing understanding with Akindele.

In a now-viral video shared on Instagram, Madam Saje confirmed that she stepped in to resolve the dispute, urging all parties to put the matter behind them and avoid further public discussions.

“I have taken up the matter since yesterday. I’ve resolved it and ordered them to take it off social media. I made them realise that their matter should no longer be discussed on social media again,” she stated.

Her intervention appears to have calmed tensions, bringing an end to the online speculation and restoring peace among the actresses.
