“I’ve Checked Out of Marriage” — Regina Daniels Opens Up on Separation, Missing Her Children

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that she has emotionally moved on from the idea of marriage, despite still hoping to have a daughter in the future.

Speaking during a livestream session with TikTok personality Jarvis, the mother of two reflected on motherhood, relationships, and her personal struggles.

Daniels disclosed that she has not seen her children since last year but remains optimistic that they will reunite soon.

“The last time I saw my children was last year. I know one day, I’ll see them again, very soon,” she said.

The actress also explained that, for personal reasons, she no longer sees herself getting married again. However, she expressed a strong desire to have a baby girl, describing the bond between a mother and daughter as unique and deeply emotional.

“But for some reason, I have checked my mind out of getting married. But I’m yet to have a girl and I must have a girl child. I feel like you’d understand motherhood better when you have a girl child,” Daniels added.

Recall that in October last year, Daniels reportedly parted ways with her husband, politician Ned Nwoko, following a public disagreement that sparked reactions across social media.
