Tottenham Hotspur have announced the signing of 21-year-old Czech goalkeeper Antonin Kinsky from Slavia Prague on a deal running until 2031.

The move, reportedly valued at £12.5 million ($15.5 million), is subject to a work permit and international clearance.

The young shot-stopper arrives as Spurs seek reinforcements following the injury to first-choice goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, who has been sidelined since November after undergoing ankle surgery.

Kinsky is expected to provide depth and competition in goal, with the club hoping to address its recent struggles.

Currently sitting 12th in the Premier League with 24 points from 20 matches, Spurs are aiming to bounce back and improve their standings.

Manager Ange Postecoglou expressed confidence in the team’s rebuild, and Kinsky’s addition could be a step toward shoring up their defensive line.

Kinsky, highly regarded for his reflexes and composure under pressure, was pivotal for Slavia Prague in domestic competitions and European outings.

His move to North London marks a significant step in his burgeoning career.

Tottenham fans will be eager to see how the young Czech adapts to the Premier League as the club looks to turn its season around.
