Wolverhampton Wanderers have secured the Deadline Day signings of Nasser Djiga from Red Star Belgrade and Marshall Munetsi from Stade de Reims, the club announced early Tuesday.

Burkina Faso defender Djiga, 22, has signed a long-term contract until 2030, with an option for an additional year.

Reports suggest Wolves paid around £10 million for his services. The centre-back played a key role in Red Star’s league and cup double last season.

Zimbabwean midfielder Munetsi, 28, joins from Reims, where he impressed with his versatility and work rate.

Wolves chairman Jeff Shi praised the club’s efforts in securing both signings and expressed confidence in their impact.

“These are strong investments, and we’re excited to see them develop and contribute to our ambitions,” Shi said.

Wolves, currently aiming for a strong finish in the Premier League, hope the new arrivals will provide added depth for the remainder of the season.
