Oviedo’s energy and aggression unsettled Barca, but Eric Garcia’s equaliser midway through the second half restored parity.
Substitute Robert Lewandowski then headed home brilliantly to tilt the contest before Ronald Araujo’s late header sealed victory.
Hansi Flick’s side have now scored 12 goals and conceded just once in their last three league outings.
