Crystal Palace produced a dominant display to beat Fiorentina 3-0 in their
Conference League quarter-final first leg.
Jean-Philippe Mateta opened the scoring from the penalty spot before Tyrick Mitchell
added a second with a composed finish after the break.
The hosts remained in control throughout and sealed a commanding advantage late
on, as Ismaïla Sarr headed home in stoppage time.
Fiorentina offered moments of threat but were largely second best, leaving them with
a mountain to climb in the return leg.
