Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey has been voted Fulham’s 2024/25 Player of the Season, topping the poll with 39.6% of the fan votes.
The 25-year-old edged compatriot Alex Iwobi, who finished second with 21.5%, while Antonee Robinson (19.9%), Bernd Leno (10.9%), and Saša Lukić (8.1%) completed the top five.
Bassey featured in 35 Premier League games, starting 34, and played over 3,000 minutes as Fulham recorded a club-best 54-point haul.
Despite finishing 11th and missing out on Europe, his consistency and commanding displays earned widespread recognition.
A year after finishing second in the same vote, Bassey now claims the club’s top individual honour.
He also scored twice, once against Nottingham Forest in the league and once at Old Trafford in the FA Cup win over Manchester United.
Iwobi also enjoyed a standout campaign, scoring nine goals and providing six assists. He became the first Nigerian to feature in all 38 Premier League games in back-to-back seasons.
