BREAKING: Champions League Round of 16 Playoff Knockout Draw Confirmed
The draw for the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League round of 16 play-off knockout stage was held on Friday, confirming the fixtures that will decide the final places in the last 16.
The standout tie sees Real Madrid drawn against Jose Mourinho’s Benfica, with the sides meeting again just weeks after their Matchday 8 clash in Lisbon.
Holders Paris Saint-Germain were paired with fellow French side Monaco, while Newcastle United were handed a tie against Qarabag.
Elsewhere in the draw, Inter Milan will face Bodo/Glimt, Juventus were drawn against Galatasaray, Atletico Madrid will take on Club Brugge, Atalanta were paired with Borussia Dortmund, and Bayer Leverkusen were matched with Olympiacos.
The two-legged ties will be played in mid-February, with the eight winners progressing to the Champions League round of 16 in March.
