Pep Guardiola has revealed that his journey in club management will end with Manchester City, hinting at a possible shift to international football afterward.

The 53-year-old coaching legend, who has won 15 major trophies with City since 2016, recently extended his contract until 2027.

Speaking on YouTube with chef Dani Garcia, Guardiola reflected on his future, saying:

“I’m not going to manage another team. Maybe a national team, but that’s different, stopping would do me good.”

Guardiola, who previously managed Barcelona and Bayern Munich, expressed no desire to start anew with another club, citing the energy-intensive nature of the role.

Instead, he suggested he might embrace a quieter life—perhaps mixed with golf, if not for the unique appeal of leading a national side.

Despite City’s recent dip in form, Guardiola remains focused on immediate challenges, including their Champions League clash with Juventus and a Premier League showdown against Manchester United.

As he aims to navigate this rough patch, his long-term legacy at City looks set to become his definitive club chapter.
