Real Madrid advanced to the Copa del Rey quarter-finals with a 4-2 extra-time victory over Celta Vigo at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Brazilian teenager Endrick proved decisive, scoring twice in the second half of extra time to secure the win after the match ended 2-2 in regulation.

Real took an early lead through Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Jr, but Celta mounted a dramatic comeback.

Jonathan Bamba pulled one back in the 83rd minute, and former Real Madrid youth player Marcos Alonso equalized with a stoppage-time penalty.

Endrick restored Real’s lead in extra time, with Federico Valverde adding another before the 18-year-old sealed the result with a clever backheel finish.

In other Copa del Rey action, defending champions Athletic Bilbao suffered a shock 3-2 defeat to Osasuna, while Real Sociedad defeated Rayo Vallecano 3-1 to join the last eight.

The quarter-final draw, featuring Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Valencia, Leganes, and Getafe, will be held on January 20.
