Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti expressed his delight after Kylian Mbappe scored his first hat-trick for the club in a 3-0 win over Real Valladolid, extending their lead at the top of LaLiga to four points.
The French forward has now netted eight goals in his last five appearances, showcasing his best form since joining the club.
Ancelotti highlighted Mbappe’s growing influence, stating that his presence adds significant firepower to an already formidable attack.
“Mbappe is settling in well and today’s hat-trick is a big plus for the team,” Ancelotti said post-match.
Despite their strong position in the title race, Ancelotti remained cautious, emphasizing the need to stay focused and improve further as the season progresses.
Real Madrid now sit atop the table with 49 points, ahead of Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, and Athletic Bilbao.
