Inter Milan secured their 21st Serie A title after a 2-0 victory over Parma, which confirmed an
unassailable lead with three games remaining.

Inter struck just before the break when Lautaro Martínez rose highest to head home from a corner in the 40th minute, putting the hosts in control.

The title was sealed late on as Marcus Thuram finished a swift counterattack in the
78th minute, calmly slotting past the goalkeeper to double the lead.

Results elsewhere saw SSC Napoli drop points and AC Milan lose, allowing Inter to
celebrate in front of their fans.

“It’s a huge achievement for the team,” said coach Cristian Chivu after guiding Inter
to the title in his first season in charge.
