BAYERN EYE MOVE FOR TEENAGE LIVERPOOL STAR NGUMOHA.
Bayern Munich is monitoring Liverpool winger Rio Ngumoha, with the Bundesliga
champions keeping close tabs on the 17-year-old after his breakthrough at Anfield.
Liverpool is, however, not open to offers for the teenager, who is regarded as a key
part of their long-term plans following his rise through the academy.
Ngumoha joined Liverpool from Chelsea in September 2024, in a deal worth around
£2.8m, with the Blues also securing a 20% sell-on clause on any future profit.
That means if Liverpool were ever to sanction a sale, Chelsea would be entitled to
20% of the profit made above that initial fee.
The England youth international enjoyed a standout emergence in the 2025–26
campaign, scoring twice on his Premier League debut against Newcastle and
becoming the club’s youngest-ever starter in the FA Cup.
Despite Bayern’s interest, Liverpool remains firm in their stance that Ngumoha is not
for sale and is central to their future squad planning.
